Age Requirement

All products sold by Nature's Supreme Wellness are strictly available to adults aged 21 years of age and older, without exception. By using this Website or completing any purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

Nature's Supreme Wellness reserves the right to:

  • Request verification of age at any stage of the purchase process.
  • Cancel and refund any order where age compliance cannot be confirmed.
  • Terminate any user account found to be in violation of this requirement.

We are committed to responsible retail and take our obligation to prevent the sale of hemp-derived products to minors extremely seriously.

Products

Hemp-Derived Products

All products sold by Nature's Supreme Wellness are hemp-derived and produced in compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (Farm Bill), containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Our products are NC compliant hemp products and are supported by third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for every item.

No Products Without COA

We do not carry, sell, or deliver any product that lacks current, verified COA documentation. All lab reports are publicly available on our Lab Reports page at www.naturessupremewellness.com/lab-reports.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, cannabinoid profiles, and pricing on our Website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Orders placed for that product.

Product Availability

All Goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Placing Orders

By placing an Order through our Website, You warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You are 21 years of age or older.
  • You are purchasing Goods for lawful purposes only.
  • The delivery address you provide is located in a state or jurisdiction where delivery of hemp-derived products is legally permitted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, ineligible delivery locations, or age compliance concerns.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our Website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect Orders that have already been confirmed.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an Order is processed and dispatched.

Delivery

Delivery of Goods is subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Key delivery terms include:

  • A flat $10.00 delivery fee applies to all orders under $200.
  • FREE delivery on orders of $200 or more within eligible delivery zones.
  • We deliver via USPS.
  • Due to laws and regulations, we do not deliver to: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, or Vermont.
  • There is no international delivery.
  • We do not deliver to restricted zoning areas.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Please note:

  • Flowers and Vapes are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances.
  • Only regular-priced Goods are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Goods that are personalized, perishable, unsealed for hygiene reasons, or inseparably mixed with other items after delivery are not eligible for return.

Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its original content, features, functionality, design elements, logos, copy, and branding are the exclusive property of Nature's Supreme Wellness LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of our Website or content without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for any violation of these prohibited uses.
