We are committed to delivering premium, lab-tested hemp products to you safely, reliably, and in full compliance with all applicable laws. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on deliveries and returns below.
The following terms are applicable to all products that you purchase from us.

Words in which the initial letter is capitalized carry meanings as defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply equally whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale through the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
DELIVERY
Delivery Rates
We offer simple, transparent delivery pricing so you always know what to expect at checkout:
- A flat $10.00 delivery fee applies to all orders under $200.
- FREE delivery on all orders of $200 or more within eligible delivery zones.
Delivery Carrier
We deliver via USPS (United States Postal Service). We offer multiple delivery speed options at checkout, from standard to expedited, so you can select the service level and timeline that best fits your needs. Estimated delivery dates are displayed for each available option at the time of checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 – 3 business days of purchase confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time.
Tracking Your Order
To track your order:

- Click the tracking link provided, or visit the USPS tracking portal directly and enter your tracking number.

States We Are Unable to Deliver To
Due to laws and regulations, we do not deliver to the following states:
Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, and Vermont.
There is no international delivery at this time.
Additional Delivery Restrictions
- We do not deliver to restricted zoning areas.
- We do not deliver any product that lacks current, verified Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation.
- All deliveries are subject to our Age Requirement Policy (see below).
REFUNDS
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
RETURNS
Non-Returnable Items
The following Goods cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Flowers: All flower products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Vapes: All vape products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Goods made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized.
- Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, including those that deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry has passed.
- Goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which are, after delivery, by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to Us. Returned Goods should be sent to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return transit. We therefore strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the returned Goods or confirmed proof of received return delivery.
AGE REQUIREMENT
All purchases from Nature's Supreme Wellness require the customer to be 21 years of age or older. By completing an order on our website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age compliance cannot be confirmed. This policy applies to all Goods available through our Service, without exception.
