Michael J. Peaster II
Michael J. Peaster II is the Founder and CEO of Nature's Supreme Wellness, bringing over a decade of deep advocacy for hemp-derived wellness and plant-based solutions to everything he has built with this brand.
A graduate of Northern Illinois University with a degree in Corporate Communications and a former Division I athlete, Michael understands the demands of performance, recovery, and the pursuit of physical and mental excellence from personal experience. The rigors of competitive athletics gave him an early and intimate understanding of what the body needs to perform, recover, and sustain, and that foundation first drew him toward the transformative potential of natural, plant-based wellness.
Over the course of more than a decade, Michael immersed himself in the hemp-derived wellness space, studying cannabinoid science, tracking the evolving regulatory landscape, and building relationships with the industry's most trusted growers, formulators, and brands. That journey of education and advocacy gave him the knowledge and conviction to create what he believed was missing from the market: a hemp wellness experience rooted in honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for the customer.

Staci brings extensive experience in healthcare leadership, operations management, and client-centered wellness strategy to Nature’s Supreme Wellness.
With a Master of Science in Medical Physiology and an extensive background in medical practice operations, Staci has spent years leading high-performing teams, optimizing patient-centered workflows, and creating elevated client experiences within the healthcare and wellness space.
As COO, Staci oversees business operations, customer experience, compliance initiatives, and strategic growth, ensuring that Nature’s Supreme Wellness maintains a premium, wellness-focused standard across every aspect of the brand.
She is passionate about building a trusted wellness company that combines operational excellence with compassionate, intentional service.
